Working in Call Centres
Working in a call centre environment means lots of scripts, and that means going over the same wording over and over again. However in my case that inevitably means talking in my sleep (to the detriment of my partner).
They have suffered through the cold calling script of Camping Ninja, the website consultations of Yell and hibu, and now the welcome script and donor sign ups of my current role.
I find myself sometimes waking up at night having talked to some figment of my imagination. Well last night, it was confirmed I went through a whole sign up and welcome call to a Mr John Michaels (no idea) LOL.
