I’m interested to know, how many of you would feel a pain somewhere and ignore it? From a simple crink in the neck to something more severe.
I know when I was younger, I would regularly ignore the signs of my body telling me to take it easy or slow down. I used to walk to school in winter without a coat, would walk all over with no shoes on and the like. (Not because I am a hard ass) but because I just used to ignore what my body said to me.
Pain is a good indicator that something in you needs changing or checking out. I’ve always had an issue with the way I walk, my legs bend inwards and always have done. So when I walk, it’s not as easy to walk as for someone with say straight legs.
